Initial Call: On the phone, we’ll ask you about the basic details of your emergency, and we’ll take care of everything after that. We’ll offer first-aid tips and schedule an appointment immediately if needed. Emergency Dental Exam: We’ll take a look at your mouth and capture some X-rays so we can determine the true source and scope of your problem. Presentation of Treatment: Once we’ve got your pain under control, we’ll explain your treatment options so you can select what works for you. Application: We’ll perform any agreed-upon procedures, make sure you’re comfortable when you leave our office, and schedule a follow-up appointment to complete any other necessary repairs.
