Your TMJ (temporomandibular joint) is your main jaw joint, and like others in the body, it can become strained or injured, leading to persistent pain and stiffness. We can adjust and rebalance the bite to take pressure off the TMJ as well as provide you with a mouthpiece to wear to bed that will help your jaw learn to stay in a more relaxed position throughout the day, leading to lasting relief.
